    Abstract: An improvement to snowmobile choke lever lift pull on/off assemblies that use a manual style choke system incorporating a single or plurality cable system. The sockets that engage the cables of the cable system may be provide lateral or upper access ports. The choke lever at the distal end of the assembly may be movable from a first position to a second position by engaging the cable system, wherein an actuating element returns the choke lever to the first position. The present invention affords replacement of existing choke lever assemblies, wherein the choke lever and other components of the present invention may be made from metallic materials that increase the assembly's durability and half-life.

    Abstract: A fuel supply device has a base body, in which an intake channel section is formed. At least one adjustable throttle element for controlling the free flow cross section of the intake channel section is provided. At least one fuel opening opens into the intake channel section. A partition wall section is arranged in the intake channel section upstream of the throttle element. The partition wall section and the throttle element divide, in a completely open position of the throttle element, the intake channel section upstream of the throttle element into a mixture channel, into which the fuel opening feeds fuel, and an air channel. In order to improve the cooling of the fuel supply device, the partition wall section has at least one element for increasing the surface area within the mixture channel.

    Abstract: Provided is an opening/closing mechanism for an intake member which enables backlash suppression a working member and positioning of a choke lever. The opening/closing mechanism includes the intake member that accommodates a filter part and has an opening leading to a carburetor at an end wall portion facing the filter part; an opening/closing member that is disposed between the filter part and the end wall portion, and opens and closes the opening; and a working member that is disposed on a side opposite to the opening/closing member with the end wall portion interposed therebetween. The working member includes an arm portion that extends along the end wall portion and is coupled with the opening/closing member at one end by sandwiching the end wall portion therebetween, and a holding portion that is provided at the other end of the arm portion, the intake member has a guide hole into which the arm portion is inserted to guide movement of the arm portion, the guide hole has a first fixing portion that fixes the arm portion on one side in a movement direction of the arm portion, and a second fixing portion that fixes the arm portion on the other side in the movement direction of the arm portion, and widths of the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion of the guide hole are respectively equal to or less than a width of the arm portion.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a throttle and choke control linkage mechanism of carburetor including a choke shaft rotatably installed with a choke valve, a throttle shaft rotatably installed with a throttle, a choke handle fixed on the choke shaft and configured for rotating the choke valve from a fully opened position to a fully closed position, a throttle grip fixed on the throttle shaft and configured for rotating the throttle from an idling position to an opened position, and a fast idle handle rotatably around the choke shaft. The choke handle is further provided with a first surface which is able to link with the throttle grip. When the choke handle is linked with the throttle grip, the choke valve is at the fully closed position, and the throttle is opened with an angle larger than the idling position.

    Abstract: A choke valve structure includes an air cleaner body having a suction pipe portion provided on an end wall, a choke valve having a valve body allowed to adhere to a sealing surface formed around an opening, and a movement mechanism configured to move the choke valve along a direction parallel to the sealing surface such that the valve body moves in closing and opening directions. A blowing back prevention plate disposed on an axial line of the suction pipe portion to face the opening is provided integrally with the air cleaner body. A protrusion, allowed to come into contact with the blowing back prevention plate when the valve body moves in the closing direction, is provided on the valve body. The valve body is pressed against the sealing surface to adhere thereto when the protrusion conies into contact with the blowing back prevention plate.

One end of the starting passage is in communication with the fuel enrichment chamber, and the other end thereof is in communication with the mixing room.
