Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) and method (200) of a crypto-physical lock control for authentication in providing access to a user. In particular, the present invention provides a physical lock (102) under control of a lock controller (108) to undertake an unlock action by means of a direct physical correspondence with a one-time-key generated by OTK-server operating on a user mobile device. The unlock interaction will enable motion of the physical lock (102) on both lock and key arrays are in a perfect correspondence which results in no resistance against motion. The unlock interaction further involves a computation of authenticated key establishment, AKE for mutual client-server authentication and secure channel establishment.
