压力传感器(1)具备传感器芯片(2)与支承部件(3)。支承部件在与隔膜(23)隔开的位置支承传感器芯片。压力传感器构成为，在将与支承部件接合的接合面(20a)、以及与其相反的一侧的校准面(20b)的距离设为h、将传感器芯片的内切圆直径设为d1、将隔膜的板厚设为t、将隔膜的内切圆直径设为d2的情况下，h＝0.3～2.5mm，d1＝0.7～2.5mm，h/d1≥1，t＝5～15μm，d2＝350～700μm。
