The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a long-stem seed tuber and seedling seeder which comprises a rack, a seedling discharging device for conveyingcrop seedlings and a clamping-type seeding device for seeding the crop seedlings. The seedling discharging device comprises a seedling tank for placement of the crop seedlings and a seedling conveyingdevice for driving the seedling tank to run and is mounted on the rack and in transmission connection with a ground wheel through a transmission device, and the clamping-type seeding device is in transmission connection with the ground wheel through the transmission device. By adopting the seedling discharging device and the clamping-type seeding device which are mechanized, mechanization degreeand seeding efficiency of the crop seedlings are improved; the transmission mechanism is adopted to transmit motion of the ground wheel to the seedling discharging device and the clamping-type seedingdevice, so that synchronism of advancing, seedling discharging and seeding of the seeder is improved, and reasonable dense planting of the crop seedlings is ensured; through artificial seedling discharging, seeding direction uniformity of the crop seedlings is ensured; through mutual cooperation of an inclined sliding plate and a limiting retaining plate, roots of the crop seedlings are aligned,and uniformity and consistency of seeding are ensured.
