Abstract:
一种轨道车辆车轮及踏面轮廓在机测量方法，采用分散测量模块化结构，按照数据接口规则进行并联拼接，每个分散测量模块包括两个一维激光位移传感器，两个一维激光位移传感器通过运动轴同时轴向移动，在机床上利用Z轴位置信号或者增加副Z轴形式实现测量，在测量机上直接利用X轴实现测量；所述的在机测量方法包括车轮径向轮廓的测量和车轮踏面轴向轮廓的测量；本发明简化测量结构并且提高测量精度，并有效提高测量精度和工作效率。
