Abstract: 액정 디스플레이 패널(liquid crystal display)의 휘점 불량 리페어 이후 발생하는 화소 불균일 현상을 해소하기 위한 방법 및 열처리 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 레이저를 이용하여 액정 디스플레이 패널의 휘점 불량을 리페어하는 단계 및 리페어된 액정 디스플레이 패널에 발생한 화소 불균일 현상을 해소하기 위해 열처리를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 액정 디스플레이 패널의 화소 불균일 해소 방법에 의하면, 레이저를 이용하여 액정 디스플레이 패널의 휘점 불량을 리페어할 때 레이저 가공 후에 열처리를 수행함으로써 레이저 가공 작업으로 인해 발생한 화소 불균일 현상을 해소하는 것이 가능하다.
