A precision process system using a laser beam comprises: a slit unit having an open part for passing at least a part of a laser beam cross section, equipped on an optical path of the laser beam; an adjusting unit for adjusting the size of the open part at the laser beam section; and a beam extension unit for extending the width of the laser beam, equipped at a fixed point on a laser beam path between the slit unit and a laser light source(110). Using the scaling of the open part, the size of the spot formed on a workpiece is fine adjusted. The adjusting unit is synchronized with the drive pulse of the location drive of the workpiece or the laser light source. The location of the laser beam spot according to the processing location on the workpiece can be controlled.
