Abstract: PURPOSE: A dynamic alarm issuing method of an organism particle monitoring device is provided to minimize a wrong alarm even though the number of dust and temporal change quantity of dust are high. CONSTITUTION: Particle information is inputted from an organism particle monitoring device(S100). An effective organism particle maximizing value is calculated from the particle information(S200). Whether the effective organism particle maximizing value exceeds concentration alarm criteria or not is determined(S400). When the effective organism particle maximizing value exceeds the concentration alarm criteria, an alarm signal is issued(S500). Abstract: PURPOSE: A real-time fluorescence detection apparatus for particles floating in the atmosphere is provided to quickly monitor harmful bioparticles in real time. CONSTITUTION: A real-time fluorescence detection apparatus comprises a particle concentration unit and an optical particle measuring unit. The particle concentration unit selects and concentrates floating particles in the atmosphere. The optical particle measuring unit comprises a particle introduction unit(210), a hexahedron optical chamber, a beam-forming optical system(250), a beam absorption system(260), a pair of reflectors, a particle discharge unit(240), and a beam-separating optical system.
