Abstract: 본 발명은 생물입자 식별장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하나의 장치에서 간단한 구조를 통해 세정액을 흡입하여 필터로부터 생물입자를 분리하여 시료 용액을 토출시킬 수 있도록 하고, 토출된 시료용액을 복수의 티켓모듈에 주입할 수 있도록 하며, 티켓모듈에 대한 영상분석을 통해 생물입자의 식별이 이루어지도록 함으로써, 장치의 소형화가 가능하도록 하는 소형 생물입자 식별장치에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wet cyclone for collecting biological particles in air is provided to improve concentration efficiency for a particle of a necessary size by removing a foreign substance or an unnecessary coarse particle in advance before concentrating a suspended particle. CONSTITUTION: A wet cyclone comprises a main body(10), a trace separation(20), a dry concentrating unit(30), a wet concentrating unit(40), and a flux control unit(50). Abstract: An apparatus for detecting a biological material is provided to automatically and rapidly detect the biological material by performing crush of a sample and detection of the biological material at the same time. The apparatus for detecting a biological material comprises a crusher(110) for crushing an injected sample, a detector(130) which senses fluorescence and radiation from the crushed sample to detect information relating to the biological material, and a driving source(160) for transferring the crushed material to the detector, wherein the biological material includes nucleic acids such as DNA and RNA, proteins and ATP. The apparatus further comprises an air collector(100) which collects and concentrates biological particles from atmosphere and then injects the concentrated particles to the crusher and a reagent storage portion(140) in which a reagent transferred to the detector by the driving source is stored.
