    Abstract: PURPOSE: A dynamic alarm issuing method of an organism particle monitoring device is provided to minimize a wrong alarm even though the number of dust and temporal change quantity of dust are high. CONSTITUTION: Particle information is inputted from an organism particle monitoring device(S100). An effective organism particle maximizing value is calculated from the particle information(S200).     Abstract: PURPOSE: A wet cyclone for collecting biological particles in air is provided to improve concentration efficiency for a particle of a necessary size by removing a foreign substance or an unnecessary coarse particle in advance before concentrating a suspended particle. CONSTITUTION: A wet cyclone comprises a main body(10), a trace separation(20), a dry concentrating unit(30), a wet concentrating unit(40), and a flux control unit(50). The flux control unit comprises a first stage primary flow orifice, a second stage primary flow orifice, a second stage minor flow orifice, multiple differential manometers, a controller, and multiple A/D converters and multiple D/A converters.
