Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sensor network and a target detection decision method thereof. The present invention determines a detection level according to the combination of standard and auxiliary sensors by mixing detection information received from a sensor node which has a plurality of passive sensors. The present invention checks consecutive detection number of target detection information, adds a different weighted value to the detection level and the consecutive detection number, calculates a detection determination ratio and compares the calculated detection determination ratio with a critical determination ratio and determines the target detection. Therefore, the present invention can minimize a target detection error by filtering a detection error of a passive sensor and can improve detection/trace reliability of the sensor network.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus for estimation the number of targets in a sensor network environment for surveillance and reconnaissance is provided to trace track through a detected target information. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus receives a location identification information of a target from a cluster head(S201). The apparatus classifies the identification information of the target(S203). The apparatus establishes an initial group value for the number estimation of the target(S205). The apparatus calculates the center point, and an inter-center point Euclidean distance(S207). If the Euclidean distance of two groups is smaller than the threshold value, the apparatus annexes two group values(S209,S211).
