Abstract: 본 발명은 주유홀의 양단에 한 쌍의 지지벽이 마련된 리테이너와, 상기 주유홀의 개폐를 위하여 상기 지지벽에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 플랩 밸브 및, 상기 플랩 밸브의 개폐를 단속하기 위해 설치되는 단속수단을 포함하며, 상기 단속수단은상기 리테이너에서 돌출되는 지지편과, 상기 플랩 밸브의 폐쇄시 상기 지지편에 접촉되고 상기 플랩 밸브의 개방시 상기 지지편을 가압하도록 상기 플랩 밸브에 형성되는 가압돌출부로 구성됨으로써, 부품의 구조를 단순화시켜 업체 공정개선이 이루어질 수 있기 때문에 원가를 절감시킬 수 있게 되는 차량의 필러넥 플랩 밸브 개폐구조를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A water drain device of a drain case for a vehicle is provided to prevent moisture infiltration to an engine or a fuel system by discharging water that has flowed into a drain case, to the outside through a discharge hole. CONSTITUTION: A water drain device of a drain case for a vehicle comprises a support case(30), a guide flange(40), and a case hole(32). The support case is arranged separately from a drain case along the circumferential direction of a feeler neck pipe(4) to be integrated. The guide flange is arranged in the exterior periphery of the feeler neck pipe along the circumferential direction to be integrated. The guide flange comprises a guide hole which connects an inlet channel(11a) of the drain case and the support case. The case hole is formed on the bottom of the support case to discharge water that has flowed into the support case, to the outside.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A filter assembly for an LPI(Liquefied Petroleum Injection) fuel supply system is provided to ensure simple assembly and disassembly because the filter body is removably supported in the first case and the first case is thread-coupled with the second case. CONSTITUTION: A filter assembly for an LPI fuel supply system comprises a filter body(10), a first case(40), and a second case(70). The filter body comprises a filter element for filtering fuel and has a first channel for forming stream of fuel filtered through the filter element. The first case accepts the filter body and supports the filter body to be detachable and forms a second channel and a fuel discharge part which are connected to the first channel. Abstract: A filler neck flap valve switching structure of vehicles is provided to control opening and closing a flap valve through unifying force without separate parts. A filler neck flap valve switching structure of vehicles comprises: a retainer(10) in which a pair of support walls(12) are positioned in both ends of an oil hole; a flap valve(20) combined in the support wall for opening and closing of the oil hole; and an intermittent unit(30) which is installed in order to control opening and closing the flap valve. The intermittent unit comprises: a support piece(31) protruded in the retainer; and a pressure projecting part(32) contacted with the support piece in the closure of the flap valve.
