Abstract:
본 발명은 퀴놀론계 항균제에 특이적으로 결합하는 단일클론항체, 상기 단일클론항체를 생산하는 하이브리도마 세포주, 상기 단일클론항체를 포함하는 퀴놀론계 항균제 검출용 키트 및 상기 단일클론항체를 이용하여 퀴놀론계 항균제를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 퀴놀론계 항균제에 특이적으로 결합하는 단일클론항체는 다른 계열의 항생제와 교차반응 없이, 엔로플록사신, 시플록사신, 사라플록사신, 디플록사신, 페플록사신, 노르플록사신을 포함하는 퀴놀론계 항균제에 폭넓게 결합할 수 있으므로 시료 내의 퀴놀론계 항균제를 매우 효과적으로 검출할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody specifically binding to a quinolone-based antibiotic, hybridoma cell lines producing the monoclonal antibody, a kit for detecting a quinolone-based antibiotic comprising the monoclonal antibody, and a method for detecting a quinolone-based antibiotic using the monoclonal antibody. The monoclonal antibody specifically binding to a quinolone-based antibiotic can effectively detect the quinolone-based antibiotic in a sample by widely binding to a quinolone-based antibiotic comprising enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, sarafloxacin, difloxacin, pefloxacin, and norfloxacin, without a cross-reactivity with an antibiotic of other family.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a complete induced pluripotent stem cell obtained by treating sodium butyrate and a treating method thereof which contain a process of treating the sodium butyrate onto the complete induced pluripotent stem cell. According to the present invention, the production method can be effectively used for research of the relevant fields, as a partial induced pluripotent stem cell having an interval characteristic of a somatic cell and a stem cell can be efficiently converted into the complete induced pluripotent stem cell.
