CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing antigen for hemoglutination of high concentration for swine Japanese encephalitis virus comprises: a step of inoculating swine Japanese encephalitis virus to a tissue culture cells and planting; a step of freezing culture liquid; a step of thawing the culture liquid and repeating freezing and thawing once; a step of collecting cultured swine Japanese encephalitis virus; a step of inactivating swine Japanese encephalitis virus; a step of concentrating swine Japanese encephalitis virus; and a step of precipitating swine Japanese encephalitis virus by centrifugation.

A target-organ array set and a method for diagnosing exposure to a brominated compound and intoxication by the brominated compound are provided to identify the intoxication and contamination degree of the brominated compound easily by identifying a change of a protein which shows specific change in an organ sensitively influenced by the brominated compound. A target-organ array set for diagnosing exposure to a brominated compound and intoxication by the brominated compound comprises: a control sample adhesion portion where at least one selected from the group consisting of pituitary tissue, a thyroid tissue, a liver tissue and a prostatic tissue of a normal group is attached to the surface; and an adhesion portion to be measured where a sample to be measured regarding a control group is adhered. An antibody set for diagnosing exposure to the brominated compound and intoxication by the brominated compound comprises at least one antibody selected from the group consisting of an anti-pregnane X receptor antibody, anti-apolipoprotein A-1 antibody, anti Bcl-2 antibody, anti-cytochrome P4501A1 antibody, anti UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 1A antibody, and anti androgen receptor antibody.

본 발명은 퀴놀론계 항균제에 특이적으로 결합하는 단일클론항체, 상기 단일클론항체를 생산하는 하이브리도마 세포주, 상기 단일클론항체를 포함하는 퀴놀론계 항균제 검출용 키트 및 상기 단일클론항체를 이용하여 퀴놀론계 항균제를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 퀴놀론계 항균제에 특이적으로 결합하는 단일클론항체는 다른 계열의 항생제와 교차반응 없이, 엔로플록사신, 시플록사신, 사라플록사신, 디플록사신, 페플록사신, 노르플록사신을 포함하는 퀴놀론계 항균제에 폭넓게 결합할 수 있으므로 시료 내의 퀴놀론계 항균제를 매우 효과적으로 검출할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a complete induced pluripotent stem cell obtained by treating sodium butyrate and a treating method thereof which contain a process of treating the sodium butyrate onto the complete induced pluripotent stem cell. According to the present invention, the production method can be effectively used for research of the relevant fields, as a partial induced pluripotent stem cell having an interval characteristic of a somatic cell and a stem cell can be efficiently converted into the complete induced pluripotent stem cell.

The present invention relates to a marker composition for diagnosis of bone marrow cancer and a kit and a method for diagnosis of bone marrow cancer including the marker. The marker composition of the present invention amplifies a certain area where CpG area of the gene BCL11a, RB1, GLIS2 and ABI2 is included, in order to compare similarities and differences of the methylation level of the gene. Hence, the present invention can effectively be used to promptly and accurately diagnose bone marrow cancer including T-cell lymphoma, B-cell lymphoma and leukemia.

The monoclonal antibody specifically binding to a quinolone-based antibiotic can effectively detect the quinolone-based antibiotic in a sample by widely binding to a quinolone-based antibiotic comprising enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, sarafloxacin, difloxacin, pefloxacin, and norfloxacin, without a cross-reactivity with an antibiotic of other family.
