    Abstract: PURPOSE: A nanocube liquid crystalline phase composition containing a rubus coreanus extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the bio-membrane permeability of water-soluble and oil-soluble effective components of the rubus coreanus extract inside the body of users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a nanocube liquid crystalline phase composition containing a rubus coreanus extract comprises the following steps: dissolving mono-olein in one solvent selected from chloroform, methanol, and ethanol, and mixing an emulsifier to obtain a melt solution; adding water to the rubus coreanus to obtain an aqueous rubus coreanus extract solution; and adding the aqueous rubus coreanus extract solution into the melt solution in a ratio of 1:1-20(v/v), and homogenizing the mixture. The nanocube liquid crystalline phase composition contains 1-50wt% of rubus coreanus extract. The emulsifier is selected from polysorbates, sodium lauryl sulfate, sorbitan fatty acid ester, lecithin, enzymolysis lecithin, glycerin fatty acid ester, saccharose fatty acid ester, propylene glycol fatty acid ester, or polaxamers.
