본 발명은 마늘로부터 5-하이드록시메틸-2-푸랄데하이드를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 (S1) 마늘을 고온숙성시키는 단계; (S2) 숙성된 마늘을 열수추출하는 단계; (S3) 열수추출물을 여과 및 농축하는 단계; (S4) 에틸아세테이트 또는 부탄올로 분획하는 단계; 및 (S5) 분획물을 분리 정제하는 단계;를 포함하는 5-하이드록시메틸-2-푸랄데하이드의 생산 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 마늘을 이용하여 순도 높은 HMF를 보다 경제적이고 용이하게 고수율로 생산할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A producing method of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde using garlic is provided to enable users to easily obtain the high purity 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde with the high yield. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde using garlic comprises the following steps: high-temperature aging the garlic at 70-90 deg C for 15-40 days by sealing the garlic with a polyethylene film; hot-water extracting the aged garlic; filtering and concentrating the garlic hot-water extract; fractionating the concentrated garlic hot-water extract using ethyl acetate or butanol; separating and purifying the obtained fractions; and freeze-drying the fractions. The concentration of the garlic hot-water extract is processed by using a rotational vacuum concentrator. The fractionating process of the concentrated garlic hot-water extract is performed by using the high-performance liquid chromatography of the reverse-phase column chromatography method.

The present invention relates to an antioxidant composition including anthocyanin extracted from potato. The antioxidant composition including anthocyanin according to one embodiment of the present invention may include anthocyanin extracted from potato. The anthocyanin is cyanidin-based anthocyanin or peonidin-based anthocyanin. The cyanidin-based anthocyanin is cyanidin 3-sophoroside-5-glucoside.

본 발명은 마늘을 적절한 온도와 습도 조건하에서 숙성함으로써 5-하이드록시메틸-2-푸랄데하이드(5-hydroxymethyl-2- furaldehyde, HMF) 함량이 낮은 숙성마늘 추출물 또는 건조분말을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 숙성마늘 추출물은, 과당과 에스알릴시스테인 함량이 높아 기능성이 우수할 뿐 아니라, HMF 함량이 낮은 특징을 가지고 있어서 여러 가지 식품원료로 사용될 때 식품유해성 논란에서 자유로울 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 숙성마늘 추출물은 마늘쨈, 천연감미료, 양갱 등의 식품제조용 조성물, 염증질환 개선 및 치료용 조성물, 혈중 콜레스테롤 개선 건강기능성 식품, 의약, 및 화장품 등의 원료물질로 폭넓게 사용이 가능하다.

PURPOSE: A composition for treating atopic dermatitis, which contains plant extract is provided to prevent and treat atopic dermatitis caused by disorder of immune system. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating atopic dermatitis comprises a Ulmus davidiana var., Cassia obtusifolia, Taraxacum platycarpum and Prunus salicina extracts which have effects of preventing and treating atopic dermatitis. A method for manufacturing the composition for preventing and treating atopic dermatitis comprises: a step of adding ten to thirty times volume of organic solvent to the Ulmus davidiana var., Cassia obtusifolia, Taraxacum platycarpum and Prunus salicina; a step of isolating the extracts of the Ulmus davidiana var., Cassia obtusifolia, Taraxacum platycarpum and Prunus salicina at 10 ~ 30°C for two to five days and filtering; a step of decompressing the extracts; and a step of drying the resultant extract.

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of artificial cultivation for veiled lady mushroom, thereby massively providing veiled lady mushroom which has abundant nutriments to promote nerve growth and to prevent obesity. CONSTITUTION: The method of artificial cultivation for veiled lady mushroom characterized by: using PBA medium extracted from potato and bamboo sawdust, as a growth medium of veiled lady fungus; using the black oak lumber until veiled lady mushroom is developed; cutting the black oak lumber into a short length, putting it into a thermostable vinyl bag and sterilizing it at 98-100 deg. C for 10 hours under atmospheric pressure; burying the black oak lumber then covering culture soil and rice straw thereon sequentially; removing the rice straw 10 days after veiled lady mushroom seeds are formed; and developing fruit bodies of the veiled lady mushroom 20-25 days after formation of veiled lady mushroom seeds.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing acetylcholine esterase inhibitor from arcon is provided to ensure simply obtain a large amount of gallic acid derivatives. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing acetylcholine esterase inhibitor comprises: a step of pulverizing and freeze-drying acorn; a step of mixing 1 weight part of dry acorn and 80-120 weight parts of mixture solvent of spirit and water; a step of refluxing at 70-90°C for 3-5 hours; a step of mixing 1 weight part of the extract and 10-50 weight parts of distilled water to prepare mixture suspension; a step of adding 80-120 weight parts of first organic solvent and shaking for 20-60 minutes to remove water; a step of dissolving the concentrate in second organic solvent and removing insoluble material; and a step of extracting the materials of chemical formulas 1-3 using LH 20 column chromatography. The extract contains a material of chemical formulas 1-3.

PURPOSE: An aged garlic extract with the low content of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde, and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce the content of the 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde by aging the garlic in the proper temperature and humidity. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an garlic extract with the low content of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde comprises the following steps: aging garlic at 50-60 deg C for 15-35 days in the humidity of 70-90%; mixing the aged garlic with water in a water ratio of 1:3-5 before crushing; and refluxing and cooling the crushed mixture before extracting and filtering to obtain the extract. The aged garlic contains less than 1mg/g of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde, and more than 35%/g.DW of fructose.
