Abstract:
An image pickup device is provided to photograph an image using W pixels and photograph the image several times in a case of the W pixels, thereby improving the sensitivity of the image and solving a problem that image information is lost as the output of a sampling DAC(Digital Analog Converter) is saturated. An image is photographed through a first W pixel(W1) for an mT time. The image is photographed through a second W pixel(W2) for a (1-m)T time. The mT time is short so that the W pixels can not be saturated. The image is photographed for color pixels(Red and Blue pixels). While the image is photographed one time using the R and B pixels for the total T time, the image is photographed twice by using the W pixels.

본 발명에 따른 슬라이딩 모듈은 탄성 수단의 탄성력으로 슬라이딩 타입 휴대용 단말기를 개폐시키는 구동력을 제공하면서, 슬라이딩 가이드와 슬라이딩 플레이트 각각에 가이드 돌기들을 형성하고, 그들에 간섭되는 슬라이더들을 이용하여 구동력의 방향을 전환시킴으로써 단말기의 반자동 개폐동작을 구현하게 되었다. 따라서, 사용자는 슬라이딩 타입 휴대용 단말기를 사용하는 것이 편리하게 되는 장점이 있다. 또한, 종래의 토션 스프링을 사용하는 슬라이딩 모듈과 비교할 때 그 폭을 줄일 수 있으므로, 단말기의 두께에 영향을 주지 않으면서, 단말기의 측면에 위치시킬 수 있으므로 다양한 형태의 슬라이딩 단말기를 구현하면서 반자동 개폐동작을 구현할 수 있게 되었다. 단말기, 슬라이딩, 압축 코일 스프링, 반자동

The present invention relates to a semiconductor device and, more particularly, to a device for deciding the read start of environment setting data. The device for deciding data read start according to the present invention includes a storage unit which stores code key data, a read check unit which outputs a read start signal in response to the read code key data, and a control unit which starts the read of the environment setting data stored in the storage unit in response to the read start signal. The read check unit successively transmits the read start signal in response to the read code key data and outputs the read start signal to the control unit or generates the read start signal in response to the read code key data and outputs the read start signal to the control unit.

PURPOSE: A fuse circuit, a fuse array including the same, and a semiconductor memory device are provided to improve program properties by using a variable resistance unit. CONSTITUTION: A program unit(1100) is programmed in response to a program signal and outputs a program output signal. A sensing unit(1200) includes a variable resistance unit and generates a sensing output signal. A control unit(1300) changes a control signal according to an operation mode and reprograms the program unit.
