Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a reuse packing box in which the interior and the exterior are integratedly formed so that one side thereof can simultaneously perform functions of interior buffer and exterior packing. CONSTITUTION: A bottom (110) has an accommodation space for accommodating a product inside thereof. The body of the lower part (120) and the upper body (130) is roatatably and hingedly coupled such that can be kept folded for reuse. A lead (140) has an accommodation space for accommodating a product in the inside and is combined to the upper part of the upper body. A reinforcing member (160) is combined to prevent deformation caused by a strap from occurring in a part in which the strap of lead and bottom is contacted. A bonding part is prepared at the bottom and lead to which the reinforcing member is combined. The bonding part comprises an inserting hole into which an inserting part is inserted and a flange part to which a close fitting part is insertedly combined.

Abstract: 건식 식각 장치용 갭 조정 하우징 링의 조립 장치에 있어서, 상, 하판의 사이에 스프링이 설치되고, 나사형 조정부가 하판과 상판에 나사 체결되어 있어 작업자가 상판의 고정핀을 갭 조정 하우징의 하측부에 접촉한 상태에서 나사형 조정부를 시계 방향으로 회전시키면, 상, 하판 사이의 간격이 좁아져 스프링이 압축하게 될 때, 상판이 고정된 갭 조정 하우징에 의해 전진하지 못하는 대신에 하판이 하판의 고정핀이 갭 조정 하우징 링을 갭 조정 하우징과 플랜지 사이의 공간에 밀어 넣는다. 따라서, 갭 조정 하우징 링이 작업자 한사람에 의해 플랜지에 용이하게 조립될 수 있어 갭 조정 하우징 링의 조립에 소요되는 시간과 인력의 낭비에 따른 생산성의 저하가 방지될 수 있다.
또한, 조립 장치가 상판과 하판의 사이에 스프링이 착탈 가능하도록 설치되어 분해/조립 겸용으로 사용될 수 있다. 즉, 스프링이 상판과 하판의 사이에 존재하면, 조립용으로 사용되고, 스프링이 상판과 하판의 사이에 존재하지 않으면, 분해용으로 사용된다. -
