Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for measuring the moisture content of wood using a near-infrared spectrometry and a method for controlling carbonization degrees are provided to prevent the ignition of the wood using reflectance spectrums obtained by the near-infrared spectrometry. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the moisture content of wood using a near-infrared spectrometry is as follows: a step of manufacturing wood samples and radiating near-infrared rays to the wood samples (S1); a step of setting a measured temperature (S3) and measuring the variation of moisture content (S4); a step of measuring the reflectance spectrums of the samples with an optical probe (S2); a step of storing the reflectance spectrums detected by a detector through a computer (S5,S6); a step of mathematically preprocessing the reflectance spectrums in the computer (7); and a step of implementing a partial least square regression analysis of the mathematically preprocessed spectrums (S8). 본 발명은 화장조성물로 활용될 수 있는 미백 및 항산화 활성을 가지는 삼나무 정유 추출물에 관한 것이다. 상세하게는, 본 발명은 티로시나제(tyrosinase) 저해 활성과 DPPH(1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl) 라디칼 소거 활성, SOD(superoxide dismutase) 유사 활성을 가지는 수증기 증류를 통해 추출된 삼나무 정유 추출물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로는 본 발명은 미백 및 항산화 활성이 높은 borneol 및 nezukol 성분이 함유된 미백 및 항산화 효과를 보이는 삼나무 정유 추출물에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing bioethanol by saccharification and fermentation of conifer-derived ingredients is provided to produce bioethanol with low corrosive property and low toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing bioethanol by saccharifying and fermentation of conifer-derived ingredients comprises a step of pretreatment of an organic solvent by dipping the ingredients in an organic solvent containing neutral catalyst at 200-210°C, 10-20 and a step of saccharifying. The organic solvent and neutral catalyst are ethanol and magnesium chloride, respectively.

PURPOSE: A wood guardrail for a bicycle lane is provided to improve the external appearance and minimize damage caused by a collision by employing a wood material for a guardrail. CONSTITUTION: A wood guardrail for a bicycle lane comprises wood posts(10), wood safety fences(20), reinforcement frames(40), first reinforcement plates(50), wood rails(30), and second reinforcement plates(60). The wood posts are vertically installed at regular intervals on the ground along the boundary between a bicycle lane and a roadway. The wood safety fences are supported at a specific height by the wood posts and horizontally installed in the roadway side. The reinforcement frames are coupled inside the wood posts for reinforcement. The first reinforcement plates are coupled to one side of the reinforcement frames to support the wood safety fences. The wood rails are supported at a specific height by the wood posts and horizontally installed on the bicycle lane side. The second reinforcement plates are coupled to the other side of the reinforcement frames to support the wood rails.

PURPOSE: A method for improving enzyme hydrolysis of a biomass by organic solvent pretreatment is provided to enhance hydrolysate yield. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving enzyme hydrolysis of a biomass by organic solvent pretreatment comprises: a step of pretreating ligneous biomass with an organic solvent for 10 minutes and a step of performing enzyme hydrolysis. The ligneous biomass is lignin.

PURPOSE: A Cryptomeria japonica essential oil extract with whitening and antioxidation functions is provided to suppress tyrosinase and to ensure whitening and antoxidation. CONSTITUTION: A Cryptomeria japonica essential oil extract is used for manufacturing a cosmetic or dermatologic drug with whitening and antioxidation function. The essential oil extract contains kaurene, borneol, or nezukol ingredients. The essential extract is prepared by steaming and distilling Cryptomeria japonica leaves. A cosmetic or makeup compsitio contains the essential oil extract.
