Abstract: PURPOSE: A 6-axial force/torque sensor is provided to arrange a capacity varying unit in both ends of a base and to install the capacity varying units on a pair of protrusion parts, thereby improving measurement accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A 6-axial force/torque sensor(10) comprises a coupling part(110), a housing unit(130), and a capacity varying unit(120). The coupling part is composed of a base(111) and protrusion parts(112). A receiving unit inwardly recessed from a first surface(131) is formed in the housing unit. The receiving unit inwardly recessed from a first face(131) is formed installed in housing. The receiving unit receives the protrusion parts so that a second face(132) and lateral surfaces of the protrusion parts are faced each other. The housing unit is coupled by a coupling part so that the first face and the base are faced each other. The capacity varying unit includes a first electrode(121), a second electrode(122), and an elastic dielectric(123). The first electrode is arranged on the coupling part. The second electrode is arranged at a position facing the first electrode of the housing unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-axis sensor is provided to simplify a production process using a dielectric substance and to improve measurement accuracy by correcting obtained values. CONSTITUTION: A multi-axis sensor comprises a dielectric substance, sensor units(120), a body unit(110), and a measurement circuit unit(130). The dielectric substance is composed of an elastic material. Each sensor unit comprises a pair of electrodes arranged on the top and bottom surfaces of the dielectric substance. The body unit accepts the sensor units. The measurement circuit unit calculates an external force measurement value using a capacitance value detected from the sensor units.

Abstract: 본발명은 6축힘/토크센서에관한것으로서, 본발명에따른 6축힘/토크센서는베이스와상기베이스로부터외측으로돌출되는돌출부로구성되는결합부; 제1면으로부터내부로함몰되는수용부가형성되고, 상기수용부의내벽면인제2면과상기돌출부의측면이대향되도록상기수용부가상기돌출부를수용하고, 상기제1면과상기베이스가대향되도록상기결합부와결합되는하우징; 상기결합부상에배치되는제1전극, 상기하우징의상기제1전극과대향되는위치에배치되는제2전극, 상기제1전극과상기제2전극의사이에배치되는탄성유전체로구성되는용량변화부;를포함하되, 상기결합부와상기하우징의위치이동에따라서상기용량변화부의캐패시턴스(capacitance) 값이변화하며, 상기제1전극은복수개가상기돌출부의측면에방사형으로마련되는동시에상기베이스의하면에상기돌출부를중심으로형성되는가상의동심원상에방사형으로마련되는것을특징으로한다.이에의하여, 측정되는캐패시턴스값의변화를이용하여 6축방향의외력을감지, 측정함으로써광범위한산업분야에서다양한형태로이용할수 있는 6축힘/토크센서가제공된다.
