Abstract: PURPOSE: A routing path setting method and apparatus thereof are provided to set up an efficient and reliable routing path and to reduce network load due to flooding in packet transmission between vehicle nodes. CONSTITUTION: A transceiving unit(610) transmits a service providing message to a vehicle node. The transceiver receives a service request message from the vehicle node. A storing unit(620) stores service registration information and bus routes information. A bus route output unit(630) outputs a bus route that is close to a service providing terminal based on the received service request message. A route calculating unit(640) calculates a bus route.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cell-based emergency message broadcasting method is provided to transmit an emergency message in a cell that is selected from a plurality of nodes by dynamically configuring a topology while moving a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A distance between neighbor nodes is calculated(410). The node receives an emergency message from adjacent nodes(420). In case the received emergency message is transmitted from a source node, the node retransmits the emergency message. In case the node is one of extension cells, the node retransmits the emergency message. A retransmission node retransmits the emergency message(490).
