Abstract:
The present invention is to provide a composition using cellulose ester based resin and complex plasticizers of polyalkylene glycol and triacetine, a method for preparing eyeglass temples using the same, and eyeglass temples prepared thereby. It is possible to smoothly prepare high-quality eyeglass temples cellulose ester of cellulose ester based because excellent mechanical properties and decorative properties can be maintained, and insertion-processability is excellent without environmental harmfulness, in the case of preparing eyeglass temples by using a composition comprising cellulose ester based resin, polyalkylene glycol, and triacetine according to the present invention.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cellulose ester-based composite is provided to improve the heat flow of cellulose acetate, thereby conducting injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A cellulose ester-based composite comprises a cellulose ester and a polyalkylene glycol as a base material. The comprised amount of the cellulose ester is 50-90 weight% and the amount of the polyalkylene glycol is 10-50 weight% based on total the weight of the base material. The composite additionally comprises one or more additives selected from a filler, an oxidation preventing agent, dye, and a pigment. The comprised amount of the additive is 1-5 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight. 본 발명은 셀룰로오스 에스테르계 수지와 폴리알킬렌글리콜 및 트리아세틴의 복합 가소제를 이용한 조성물과 이를 이용한 안경테 다리의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 안경테 다리를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 셀룰로오스 에스테르계 수지/폴리알킬렌글리콜/트리아세틴으로 이루어진 조성물을 이용하여 안경테 다리(템플)를 제조할 경우 환경 유해성의 문제 없이 우수한 기계적 물성 및 광택성을 유지할 수 있는 동시에 심입 가공성이 우수하여 원활한 셀룰로오스 에스테르계 고품질 안경테의 제조가 가능하다.
