Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuerarin-cyclomaylose complex and a method for preparing the same through transition of alpha-glucanotransferase are provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing solubility and stability of a fuerarin compound comprises: a step of treating matodextrin and maltogenic amylase to the fuerarin compound of chemical formula 1 to obtain a glycotransfer fuerarin compound; and a step of treating amylase or starch with alpha-glucanotransferase to the glycotransfer fuerarin compound to obtain fuerarin-cyclicamylose complex. The cyclicamylose is cyclic compound in which 6 to 32 glucose units are linked. The fuerarin compound of chemical formula 1 is alpha-1,6-matosyl fuerarin, alpha-1,3-glucosyl fuerarin or alpha-1,6-glucosyl fuerarin. The fuerain-cyclicamylose complex is denoted by chemical formula 2.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供葛根素 - 环麦芽糖复合物及其通过α-葡聚糖转移酶转变制备方法。 构成：提高葛根素化合物的溶解性和稳定性的方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：将麦芽糊精和麦芽糖淀粉酶处理成化学式1的葛根素化合物，得到糖转运uer arin嗪化合物; 以及用α-葡聚糖转移酶处理淀粉酶或淀粉至转糖葛根素化合物以获得葛根素 - 环状戊二醛复合物的步骤。 环状木糖是连接6〜32个葡萄糖单元的环状化合物。 化学式1的葛根素化合物是α-1,6-马来酰糠醛，α-1,3-葡糖基f葛或α-1,6-葡糖基葛根素。 葛根诺木糖络合物由化学式2表示。
