본 발명은 골아세포 분화 및 혈관신생 촉진에 유효한 단백질에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 골아세포분화 또는 골형성 활성 및 혈관신생촉진 활성을 나타내는 stromal cell derived factor (SDF-1) 델타형의 일부부위를 기초로 합성한 15개의 아미노산으로 구성된 펩타이드 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 폴리올용매를 이용한 리튬화된 전극재료 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 반응물인 전이금속화합물 및 리튬계화합물을 일정 화학양론비를 고려한 전구체 용액을 먼저 제조한 후 폴리올용매에 첨가하여 리튬화된 전극재료를 제조하던 종래 방법과는 달리 전구체용액을 제조하지 않고도 상당히 저온에서 특정한 폴리올용매, 전이금속화합물, 리튬계화합물을 이용하여 제조할 수 있는 리튬화된 전극재료 제조방법, 그 방법으로 제조된 리튬화된 전극재료 및 그 전극재료를 포함하는 2차전지에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a lithium manganese oxide electrode material is provided to manufacture a crystalline lithium manganese oxide electrode material using an amorphous lithium manganese oxide as a starting material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a lithium manganese oxide electrode material comprises a step of obtaining a uniform mixture by mixing amorphous lithium manganese oxide; and a step of heat-treating the mixture under oxygen or air atmosphere. The molar ratio of lithium and manganese is 6:5-10:5, in the mixture. The mixing step comprises a dry ball-milling the amorphous lithium manganese oxide and lithium. The heat-treating step is conducted in a vacuum furnace at 400-900 deg. C for 8-20 hours.

PURPOSE: A peptide for promoting osteogenesis or angiogenesis is provided to promote osteroblast differentiation and to prevent or treat ischemic diseases. CONSTITUTION: A peptide for promoting osteogenesis or angiogenesis contains an amino acid of sequence number 1. The amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 is derived from BMP7. The peptide promotes osteoblast differentiation or VEGF expression. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating bone diseases or ischemic disease contains the peptide, a polynucleotide encoding the peptide, or a recombinant vector containing the polynucleotide as an active ingredient. The bone diseases include osteoporosis, fracture, or osteogenesis imperfecta.

CONSTITUTION: A synthetic peptide for promoting osteoblast differentiation or osteogenesis contains 15 amino acid sequences in BMP-7(bone morphogenetic protein 7). The peptide is a polypeptide of sequence number 1(Glu-Thr-Leu-Asp-Gly-Gln-Ser-Ile-Asn-Pro-Lys-Leu-Ala-Gly-Leu) or functional homolog thereof. A functional pharmaceutical composition for promoting osteogenesis contains the synthetic peptides or non-toxic salt and pharmaceutically or veterinarily acceptable liquid or solid carrier.

The manufacturing method of lithium-manganese oxide of excessive lithium comprises the next steps: processing a reaction of lithium complex with lithium manganese based oxide which is represented by chemical formula 2 in reducing condition in order to synthesize lithium manganese based oxide; and synthesizing lithium manganese based oxide. PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing a negative electrode material for a lithium secondary battery is provided to manufacture various phosphate-based negative electrode materials without thermal process of high temperature and to reduce the time required for whole process. CONSTITUTION: A process for manufacturing a negative electrode material for a lithium secondary battery includes the steps of: mixing transition metal compounds dissolved in distilled water with poly acid phosphate-based compounds to prepare a mixed solution; stirring the mixed solution to prepare a precipitate by a co-precipitation method; drying the precipitate to a temperature of 50-80 °C; and heat-treating the dried material at a temperature of 300-500 °C.
