Abstract:
본발명은 Par-4 및 GRP78의발현또는활성촉진제를유효성분으로포함하는결핵의예방또는치료용약학적조성물에관한것이다. 본발명의 Par-4(prostate apoptosis response-4) 또는 GRP78(78kDa glucose-regulated protein)의발현을증가시키는경우, 세포내에잠복하는결핵균증식제어효과뿐만아니라결핵균을사멸할수 있어결핵예방및 치료에긍정적인효과를기대할수 있다. 또한, 최근결핵치료의어려움중 하나로대두되고있는다제내성결핵 (Multi-drug resistant, MDR)과광범위약제내성결핵 (Extensively drug-resistant, XDR)에대한치료효과도기대할수 있으며, 기존약제와함께사용했을경우약물복용기간을단축할수 있고, 종래에오랜시간약물복용으로인한환자의고통을해소할수 있으며, 환자들의불규칙적인약물복용으로인한치료실패및 재발을방지할수 있다.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A thermal spray coating agent, which can minutely form an AlN-YAG composite material coating layer expressing excellent thermal conductivity when being coated on a substrate supporting compartment, is provided to present temperature uniformity. CONSTITUTION: A coating agent as a coating material for thermal spray for manufacturing equipment of a semiconductor or a display panel by being used on the ceramic compartment surface includes 50-80 vol% of AlN and 50-20 vol% of YAG (Y3Al5O12). A coating method using the same comprises the steps of: preparing AlN-YAG (Y3Al5O12) composite material powder; blast-processing the surface of the metal or ceramics base material as the substrate support compartments; thermally spraying the AlN-YAG (Y3Al5O12) composite material powder on the surface of the metal or the ceramics base material to form a ceramic coating layer.
