Abstract: PURPOSE: A bio channel system is provided to accurately observe the optical characteristics of specimens by illuminating amplified light to the specimens. CONSTITUTION: A bio channel system includes a metal-based base(200), at least one aperture(205), a slide(210), and a channel(220). The apertures are formed at the base. The slide is combined with the base to cover the apertures. The channel is combined with the upper side of the slide. The channel includes a trench(215) in order to receive specimens. The widths of the apertures are in nanometer units. The thicknesses of the slides are in nanometer units. The slide is based on SiO_2 or Si_3N_4. The slide is based on an optically transparent material.
