Abstract: PURPOSE: A generating device using a tread board of a vehicle is provided to convert mechanical energy into electric energy when an elastic part is contracted. CONSTITUTION: A generating device using a tread board of a vehicle comprises a tread board(20), an elastic part(40), an energy conversion part(50), and a generator. The tread board is vertically moved depending on the entry and exit of wheels. The elastic part elastically supports the tread board. The energy conversion part is coupled to a support shaft(30) of the tread board and transfers kinetic energy to consecutive rotational energy. The generator transfers the rotational energy to electric energy.
