Abstract:
본 발명은 선박 또는 항공 등의 운항(운전) 관제를 수행하는 관제 시스템에서 전자해도를 기반으로 하는 선박 위치와 CCTV 화면 내 선박 위치를 매핑하고, 매핑한 결과를 토대로 관제 서비스를 제공하는 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 관제 서비스 제공 장치는 레이더 정보와 AIS 정보를 융합 처리하여 선박 정보를 생성하는 다중센서 융합 처리부, 선박 정보를 기준으로 CCTV 영상에 탐지 영역을 설정하고, 설정한 탐지 영역 내에서 영상 처리를 수행하여 선박을 탐지하는 영상 물체 추적 결합처리부 및 선박 정보와 영상 처리를 수행하여 선박을 탐지한 결과를 토대로 매핑 표시 정보를 생성하고, 생성한 매핑 표시 정보를 CCTV 화면 내 전시하여 관제 서비스를 제공하는 정보 제공부를 포함한다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for quantifying threat conditions to recognize network threat in advance. The disclosed threat condition quantification method comprises a step of extracting a doubt domain by analyzing the packet pattern of a DNS traffic generated in a monitoring target network; a step of giving a corresponding security level to the predetermined security level according to the result for grasping the access IP in which the doubt domain is connected; a step of calculating an activation index according to a monitoring result of the doubt domain; a step of inferring the predicted attack amount in each doubt domain according to the predicted attack amount and the security level in each zombie computer. Therefore, the present invention recognizes the network threat condition in advance, prevents the attack based on the doubt domain and the predicted attack amount information, and generates an alarm for preventing the threat condition. PURPOSE: A method for generating security labels for distributing scalable contents and a device thereof are provided to apply a differentiated security policy which is evaluated by performance indexes to a service in consideration of requirements and service conditions which are different for each scalable unit. CONSTITUTION: A scalable content transmitting unit(1100) generates a security label and an encoded scalable unit. A scalable content receiving unit(1200) receives the encoded scalable unit and the security label. The scalable content receiving unit decodes, reproduces, modifies, stores, or redistributes the encoded scalable unit according to the security label. A scalable content storage(1000) searches scalable content and metadata corresponding to a request of the scalable content transmitting unit.
Abstract:
A learning type DNS analyzer for monitoring DNS traffic and discovering abnormal domain and an analysis method thereof are provided. The present invention relates to a DNS analyzer and is to provide a DNS analyzer which generates and analyzes statistics about DNS traffic and discovers a domain name which is infected by malicious codes and is being inquired as an abnormal domain. An analysis component and a classification rule for discovering an abnormal domain is generated through learning about pre-given normal and abnormal domain data and continuously updated through a learning data log which is obtained by analyzing the DNS traffic. Therefore, the abnormal domain discovery of the DNS analyzer can be continuously improved. PURPOSE: An authentication apparatus for a non-real-time IP(Internet Protocol) television system and method thereof are provided to maintain safety for service denial attacks using the variation of a time stamp. CONSTITUTION: When an authentication result for a content request message is effective, an authentication apparatus encrypts the variation of a time stamp between the authentication apparatus and an apparatus using a session key(S405,S407). The authentication apparatus creates authentication information which the apparatus authenticates the authentication apparatus using a second encryption value(S411). The authentication apparatus transmits the authentication information with content corresponding to the content request message to the apparatus(S419).

PURPOSE: A key updating method for a scalable media service and a device thereof are provided to support universal expandability of an operation together with a video streaming technology, an encoding technology, and a session key operating technology. CONSTITUTION: A scalable media streaming server(1300) encodes a streaming unit which is generated by streaming scalable media. A key directory center(1400) receives metadata from a scalable media managing server. The key directory center generates an encoding key for encoding the scalable media by a scalable unit. The key directory center hierarchically generates a hierarchical sub key to generate a session key. The session key protects the generated encoding key.
