    Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for automatically inputting a vehicle account book and a control method thereof are provided to expose a vehicle account book module to the AVN(Audio Video Navigation) of a vehicle, thereby inducing input to the vehicle account book of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A fuel gauge sensor(20) is connected to an AVN system(10). The AVN system includes a vehicle account book module and periodically receives the amount of fuel from the fuel gauge sensor. When the amount of fuel increase is determined, the vehicle account book module is outputted, and the amount of fuel is inputted to the vehicle account book module. The AVN system receives the positional information from a GPS(Global Positioning System) module; receives the information for oil prices from a wireless communication module; and inputs the positional information and the information for the oil prices to the vehicle account book module.
