Abstract:
The present invention is concerned with a mobile Human Machine Interface HMI device wirelessly connected to Intelligent Electronic Devices IEDs and a system server. The mobile HMI acts as a single point of access for a human engineer or operator and constitutes a flexible platform for controlled exchange of local IED information and central system information. The human thus has real-time access to both local process data and central configuration or expert data. New value adding services supporting the human are enabled, such as interactive chat, audio, or video conferencing with a support expert at the system server location.
Abstract:
A method for planning a charging of an electrical vehicle (26) comprises receiving a request for charging (28) from an electrical vehicle (26) at a charging pole (10), determining a charging time slot (40) for the electrical vehicle (26) based on the request for charging (28), scheduling the charging time slot (40) for the electrical vehicle (26), predicting a load requirement for the charging pole (10) based on the request for charging (28) and the charging time slot (40), and sending the load requirement to a grid operator (36) supplying the charging pole (10) with electrical power.
