The invention is related to an on-load tap-changer (10, 40, 60, 80) for dry transformers, comprising an electric insulating hollow casing (12, 62) extending around a virtual axis (14, 70), wherein several electric contact sections (16, 18, 20, 22) are foreseen along the inner surface of the hollow casing (12, 62), which are electrically joined through the wall of the hollow casing (12, 62) and a selector contact in the inner of the casing which is rotatable around the virtual axis and that's radial outer end is selectively connectable with one of the contact sections by a respective rotation. The inner space (30) of the hollow casing (12, 62) is hermetically sealed and filled with a preferably pressured insulating gas. The invention is also related to a transformer with an on-load tap-changer (10, 40, 60, 80).

The invention is related to a dry transformer (10), comprising at least one hollow-cylindrical resin casted coil (12, 14) and a transformer core (16, 46) extending at least in part there through, wherein support elements (18, 26) are foreseen to carry the weight of the resin casted coil (12, 14) to the transformer core (16) respectively to mounting elements (20) connected therewith. The support elements (18, 26) comprise damping material at least in a section so that transmission of vibrations of the transformer core (16, 46) to the resin casted coil (12, 14) is damped.

The invention is related to a transformer core (30, 50, 80, 100, 110), comprising at least three hollow-cylindrical rectangular shaped core-discs (10, 42, 44, 46, 52, 54, 56, 82, 84, 102, 104, 112) wound from a magnetic band-like material (12, 14, 16), wherein two opposed limb areas (20, 22) and an upper (24) and lower (26) yoke area are formed along a circumferential path (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d). The core-discs (10, 42, 44, 46, 52, 54, 56, 82, 84, 102, 104, 112) comprise one first (60, 64, 90, 94) and at least one second (58, 62, 86) slanted area parallel to the circumferential path (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) in the belonging limb (20, 22) area. The at least three core-discs (10, 42, 44, 46, 52, 54, 56, 82, 84, 102, 104, 112) are connected according to a polygonal layout (48) at their belonging first slanted areas (60, 64, 90, 94), which are arranged adjacently face to face. At least one flat plate (66, 68, 88, 92, 106) is foreseen in each limb area (20, 22), which is connected even and stiff with a belonging adjacent slanted area (58, 60, 62, 64, 86, 90, 94).

Es wird eine Wicklung mit einem rechteckigen Querschnitt und gebildet aus einer Wicklungsfolie vorgeschlagen, angepasst an einen Wicklungskern (1) mit rechteckigem Querschnitt mit je zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Kernflächen (2,3,4,5) gleicher Länge, • wobei die Wicklungsfolie in einzelne elektrisch in Reihe geschaltete Wicklungssegmente (8,10,12,14,16,18,20) unterteilt ist, • wobei jedes Wicklungssegment zumindest einen planebenen Wicklungsabschnitt aufweist, • wobei jeder planebene Wicklungsabschnitt exakt an die Länge der derjenigen Kernfläche angepasst ist, welcher er zugeordnet ist, wobei bei der Bemessung der Länge des Wicklungsabschnitts die genaue Position des Wicklungsabschnitts innerhalb der Wicklung berücksichtigt ist.
