    Abstract: A laminated plate or film (I) comprises (1) a substrate layer containing (a) 1-99 wt.% of a graft copolymer prepared from (a1) 1-99 wt.% of a particulate graft base formed from (a11) 80-99.9 wt.% of 1-18C alkyl ester of acrylic acid, (a12) 0.01-20 wt.% of a polyfunctional cross-linking monomer, (a2) 1-99 wt.% of a graft component consisting of (a21) 40-100 wt.% styrene, optionally substituted and/or a (meth) acrylic acid ester, (a22) 0-60 wt.% acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile whereby (a2) consists of a graft shell and (a) has an average particle size of 50-1000 nm; (b) 1-99 wt.% of a copolymer consisting of (b1) 40-100 wt.% styrene, optionally substituted and/or a (meth)acrylic acid ester, (b2) 0-60 wt.% acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile; (c) 0-80 wt.% polycarbonate; and (d) 0-50 wt.% fibre and/or particulate filler; and (2) a transparent top layer consisting of polymethylmethacrylate. Also claimed are moulded articles prepared by thermoforming of the laminated plate (I).
