Provided is a natural rubber obtained by drying a gathered natural rubber latex without coagulating, wherein a drum dryer and/or a conveyor type dryer are used for drying. Further, provided are a production process for a natural rubber-filler mixture prepared by adding at least one of carbon black and inorganic fillers to a natural rubber latex, a natural rubber added a viscosity stabilizer comprising hydrazide compounds or esters of aromatic or aliphatic polycarboxylic acid derivatives to these natural rubber and natural rubber-filler mixture, and a rubber composition which is prepared using the above natural rubbers and which is excellent in productivity, abrasion resistance and fracture resistance.

A rubber composition containing a rubber-containing coagulum prepared from a natural rubber serum which was not utilized in the production of natural rubber according to the prior art and contains useful components such as anti-aging agent, which composition is reduced in the content of badly influential components causative of scorch and can exert the properties inherent in natural rubber at the maximum; and processes for producing the rubber-containing coagulums. The rubber composition is, for example, a composition which comprises a rubber component (A) consisting of at least one member selected from among natural rubber and diene-base synthetic rubbers and a rubber-containing coagulum component (B) obtained by subjecting a serum prepared by centrifuging a natural rubber latex to drying and coagulation.

This invention relates to a natural rubber improving the low heat buildup while maintaining the resistance to thermal aging inherent to the natural rubber as well as a rubber composition, and particularly to a natural rubber being a rubber made from a latex by partly removing protein from a natural rubber latex through a mechanical separation means in which a total nitrogen content in the rubber is more than 0.1% by mass but not more than 0.4% by mass, and a rubber composition comprising the natural rubber and a filler.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the vulcanization rate of natural rubber to give a natural rubber having a desired vulcanization rate. SOLUTION: The method for controlling the vulcanization rate of natural rubber comprises the control of the amount of serum of latex in the natural rubber before drying. Preferably, the method contains a step to add a viscosity stabilizing agent and preferably further a step to dry the rubber with a drum drier or a conveyor drier after the addition of the viscosity stabilizing agent.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject polishing agent capable of protecting the surface of molded products such as of rubber from ultraviolet light and moisture and the like by including a branched-type organopolysiloxane, a specific diorganopolysiloxane and a specific silicone resin and others. SOLUTION: This polishing agent is obtained by including (A) 10-70 wt.% of a silicone mixture comprising (i) 1-90 wt.% of an organopolysiloxane composed of 0.1-10 mol.% of unit of the formula R 3 SiO1/2 (R , R and R are each a 1-20C monovalent organic group; (m) and (n) are each 10-2,000), 0.1-10 mol.% of unit of the formula R SiO3/2 and 80-99.8 mol.% of unit of R 2 SiO2/2 with a viscosity of 0.01-1,000 Pa.s at 25 deg.C, (ii) 5-94 wt.% of a both terminal trisubstituted siloxy group-blocked diorganopolysiloxane of the formula with a viscosity of 0.01-1,000 Pa.s at 25 deg.C and (iii) 5-50 wt.% of an organic solvent- soluble silicone resin containing a total of >=80 mol.% of R3 SiO1/2 unit and SiO4/2 unit in the molar ratio of 0.5-1.5, (B) 1-10 wt.% of a nonionic surfactant, and (C) water.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber compsn. having excellent static and dynamic ozone resistance over a wide temp. range and to provide a pneumatic tire using it. SOLUTION: A rubber compsn. comprises a blend of 100 pts.wt. of a natural rubber or a diene-based synthetic rubber and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a hydrocarbon- based wax; said hydrocarbon-based wax has a componential compsn. comprising 30-65 totaled wt.% of a 29-39C nonlinear component and a 28-36C linear component at a componential ratio of the former to the latter of 20-55 wt.%, 7-30 totaled wt.% of 20-25C linear and nonlinear components, 15-35 totaled wt.% of a 38-53C linear component and a 42-51C nonlinear component, and 60 totaled wt.% or less of a 32-46C linear component and a 38-46C nonlinear component. A pneumatic tire uses this rubber compsn. as the outer skin parts material.

SOLUTION: This rubber composition is prepared by compounding (A) a component comprising at least either a natural rubber or a diene rubber with (B) a rubber component-containing coagulum obtained by subjecting a natural rubber latex to centrifugal separation and drying and coagulating the resultant natural rubber serum. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition blended with a rubber component containing a natural rubber mixture (component A) which takes in a useful component contained in the serum liquid (a natural rubber serosity) coming without having been taken in a natural rubber, and to provide a method for manufacturing a rubber component coagulum to become the above natural rubber mixture (component A). SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises a blend with a rubber component containing the natural rubber and at least one part of the natural rubber is the natural rubber mixture (component A) and is obtained by coagulating a rubber latex at a temperature of 90°C or higher, thereafter by crumbing and moreover drying.
