Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for recognizing information held in an IC tag which can discriminate such a case that an IC tag is intentionally held over an antenna from the other case. SOLUTION: When a decision device 23 detects an IC tag, a clocking part 44 starts counting of an elapsed time. A determination part 43 monitors the change of the receiving circumstances of the IC tag. The decision part 43 decides that the reading of an IC tag has been performed by an operator's act to intentionally read the IC tag under conditions that all the next conditions are satisfied. A first condition shows that the IC tag is read by two antennas, read by only one antenna, finally read by the two antennas, and not read by the two antennas. A second condition shows that the preparation of the first condition has been completed within a specified time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna assembly and a transmitting/receiving device capable of communicating with the outside properly. SOLUTION: This antenna assembly 30 is provided with a rod antenna element 300, a power supply 310 for supplying power to the antenna element 300, a first ground surface 320 arranged in parallel with the antenna element closely to it on a back face with respect to an emission direction in which the antenna element emits an electric wave, and a second ground surface 330 which is arranged in parallel with the antenna element 300 closely to the element 300, and has a normal line direction different from that of the first surface 320. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transferring device and method, a display device, and a data transmitter/receiver capable of validly suppressing EMI. SOLUTION: In transferring data from the controller of a liquid crystal display device through the prescribed number of signal lines to each driver, the signal lines are preliminarily grouped so that data to be transferred can be divided into a plurality of groups, and the combination of the presence or absence of the inversion of data to be transferred is examined for each group so that the well-balanced combination can be selected so as to reduce EMI. Moreover, a control range is set, and the inversion of data is selected according to whether or not the number of 'data to be transmitted' changing against the 'previously transmitted data' is present within the control range for each group.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a communication apparatus having satisfactory communication characteristics by making an antenna unit to be shared in a plurality of frequencies small in size and broad in band. SOLUTION: The antenna unit is provided with an inverted F-shaped antenna element with a feeding point and a ground connection point and a parasitic antenna element provided in order to resonate with the inverted F-shaped antenna element by electrostatic coupling. The antenna unit may further provided with a ground part grounded to a ground and connected with the ground connection point provided to one end of the Inverted F-shaped antenna element and a resonant element one end part of which is connected with the ground part and which is resonated by the parasitic antenna element by the electrostatic coupling. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress EMI caused by a switching noise current induced in the power supply circuit of a QFP type IC10. SOLUTION: Leads including a power supply lead 12 and a ground lead 13 are connected with corresponding pads of a die 20 through a wiring board 16 in a package. A ground face 22 is provided in a mold 11 on the underside of the wiring board 16 in the package to spread along the bottom face of the mold 11 before being connected with the ground lead 13. A decouping capacitor 27 is connected with the power supply wiring of the wiring board 16 in the package and the ground face 22.
