SOLUTION: In a heat insulating device for the drawing machine for the thermoplastic resin film, in a process for heat-stretching the film continuously, a plate is provided for insulating heat from a heater after the drawing machine is stopped.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To position a core automatically in an accurate manner as well as to aim at the promotion of labor-saving and the smooth operation of a guide apparatus, by placing the core on a core receiving block being shiftable to a core axial direction and restorable to a neutral position, and making it possible to be positioned in the axial direction with a shifting device. CONSTITUTION:A core 1 is carried onto a core positioning device 7 and mounted on a core receiving block 9. With operation of a cylinder device 15, a pressing piece 16 comes into contact with an end face of the core 1, correcting its position in a core axial direction A from both sides. The core receiving block 9 is smoothly shiftable with a slide bearing, and the core 1 also moves easily and speedily with small force, so that a ring groove 3 and a position of a guide rail are accorded with each other. Next, a brake is applied, a position of the core receiving block 9 is locked to the position after being adjusted, and the pressing piece 16 is retracted whereby its engagement with the core 1 is released. With this constitution, the core 1 is able to be automatically positioned to a guide apparatus in the axial direction in an accurate manner, thus the promotion of labor-saving and the smooth operation of the guide apparatus are achievable.
