    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the friction coefficient of the roll surface drastically and surely and to make the electrification amt. of a film passing on a rubber roll about zero by executing polishing in order by changing the number count of a sandpaper from the coarse one to the fine one in order and executing finish polishing by a coarse sandpaper once again finally. CONSTITUTION:In case of polishing the roll surface of a rubber roll 1 by a sandpaper, the surface roughness of the roll surface by a surface roughness gage becomes smaller gradually when polishing is executed by changing the number count of the sandpaper from the coarse one to the fine one in order. When polishing is executed by the coarse sandpaper again finally, then, the surface roughness of the roll surface becomes larger a little than in the past according to the measurement by a surface roughness gage. However, the friction coefficient of the roll surface of the rubber roll 1 to a plastic film 2 is reduced surely and drastically and yet with reproductivity by the final finishing by this coarse grained sandpaper.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To satisfy an accurate quality request by using the final means of a drive force transmission mechanism to a cast drum as a flat belt drive, thereby reducing the rotary fluctuation of the drum. CONSTITUTION:The drive mechanism 18 of a film casting device for rotatably driving a cast drum 10 has a DC motor 13, a worm reduction gear 14, a flat belt 15 and pulleys 16, 17, and the belt 15 is provided as the final means of the drive force transmission mechanism 18. The belt 15 has a smooth seal, and desirably has an endless structure, large frictional coefficient, less creeping elongation and large tensile strength. Thus, the ultrafine speed variation due to the backlash of the gear 14 associated before the belt 15 is absorbed by the elasticity of the belt 15.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of cavitation of a pump by connecting a pressurized gas supplying means for supplying a gas which can be pressurized into a washing tank. CONSTITUTION:The pressurized gas supplying means 14 for supplying the gas which can be pressurized into the washing tank 3 is connected in addition to a solvent circulating system 4 which circulates a heated solvent 2 into the washing tank 3 by using a pump 6 to the washing tank 3 in which materials 1 to be washed stuck with polymers are housed. The inside of the washing tank 3 is pressurized by the pressurized gas supplying means 14 during washing and, therefore, the pressure of the circulating solvent 2 is increased up to the pressure substantially equal to the pressure of the pressurized gas. The satd. vapor pressure of the circulating solvent 2 is consequently maintained high even if the solvent is heated to a high temp. by a heater 5 and the generation of the cavitation in the pump 6 is obviated. The target solvent circulating rate is thus assured.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the unevenness of the cooling temperature of a cooling revolution body, and to obviate the cracking of a polymer by mounting a wiper to the surface of the cooling revolution body discharging a molten polymer and discharging dew adhering on the surface of the cooling revolution body to the outside of a system. CONSTITUTION:A wiper 4 is fitted to the end section of the surface of a cooling revolution body 2 with which a sheet-shaped discharged polymer 3 is not in contact. The wiper 4 consists of two bars 4a, 4b inclined at an angle of 20-70 deg. in the direction of rotation R of the cooling revolution body 2, and moisture dew-condensing on the cooling revolution body 2 is introduced in the direction of the arrows a b c with the revolution of the cooling revolution body 2 by the two bars 4a, 4b, and discharged to the outside of the system of the cooling revolution body 2. Accordingly, since dew condensing on the surface of the cooling revolution body 2 is discharged to the outside of the system before dew is in contact with the molten discharged polymer, the unevenness, etc. of a cooling temperature are not generated in the discharged polymer, and the cracking, etc. of the polymer are eliminated.
