    Abstract: In a winding machine provided with a common bobbin holder for mounting a plurality of bobbins thereon at respective winding positions, a traverse mechanism provided with a plurality of working units, a plurality of fulcrum yarn guides disposed at respective positions above the traverse mechanism, means for collecting a plurality of yarns fed via the respective fulcrum yarn guides, means for displacing the collecting means along the common bobbin holder from a stand-by position to the supporting side of the bobbin holder, a yarn introducing and take-up device is additionally mounted on the machine so as to separately introduce the yarns one by one to the corresponding working units of the traverse mechanism while displacing the collecting means after collecting the yarns fed via the respective fulcrum yarn guides, the introducing and take-up device is provided with a yarn introducing guide disposed at a position between the fulcrum yarn guides and the traverse mechanism in a parallel condition to the bobbin holder, this yarn introducing guide comprises plural guide units with an intervened space between two adjacent guide units by which the above-mentioned selective introducing of each single yarn to the corresponding working unit of the traverse guide can be attained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the surface detect such as uneven streaks on the surface of polymer passed through a mouth piece and the fluctuation of the thickness of said polymer from developing by a method wherein the specified amount of Cr element is incorporated in the specified site of the mouth piece. CONSTITUTION:In a mouth piece 1, which consists of stock mainly made of iron 12-100 wt.% of chromium element is contained in the surface of its polymer flow path 3 and 0-11 wt.% of chromium element is contained in the surface of its underside 2. As a result, the uneven streak-like surface defect on the surface of polymer passed through the mouth piece 1 and the fluctuation of the thickness of the sheet can be prevented from developing. As thermoplastic polymer, with which the above-mentioned effect is obtained remarkably, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate and polyphenylene sulfide are exampled.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To position a core automatically in an accurate manner as well as to aim at the promotion of labor-saving and the smooth operation of a guide apparatus, by placing the core on a core receiving block being shiftable to a core axial direction and restorable to a neutral position, and making it possible to be positioned in the axial direction with a shifting device. CONSTITUTION:A core 1 is carried onto a core positioning device 7 and mounted on a core receiving block 9. With operation of a cylinder device 15, a pressing piece 16 comes into contact with an end face of the core 1, correcting its position in a core axial direction A from both sides. The core receiving block 9 is smoothly shiftable with a slide bearing, and the core 1 also moves easily and speedily with small force, so that a ring groove 3 and a position of a guide rail are accorded with each other. Next, a brake is applied, a position of the core receiving block 9 is locked to the position after being adjusted, and the pressing piece 16 is retracted whereby its engagement with the core 1 is released. With this constitution, the core 1 is able to be automatically positioned to a guide apparatus in the axial direction in an accurate manner, thus the promotion of labor-saving and the smooth operation of the guide apparatus are achievable.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the intermixture of thermally deteriorated molten resin to be generated near and on the wall of a polymer tube into sheet like products by a method in which an annular path and a guide path are provided in such a way as to enable the flow of molten resin near the wall of the polymer tube to be exactly collected to the widthwise end portions of the sheet like product. CONSTITUTION:An annular path 6 is provided toward the upstream side along the inner wall 10 of a polymer tube 1 in a molten resin path 5 in the connection from the tube 1 to a coupler 2. On the most downstream side, the wall of the molten resin path; that is, a guide path 9 leading to the inner surface 8b of an adaptor 7, is provided, and the outlet 9a on the inner surface 7b side of the adaptor 7 is opened on the position corresponding to the widthwise end 4a of a sheeted product 4 discharged from a mouthpiece 3. The annular flow of molten resin near the wall of the tube 1 once goes into the path 6, passes through the path 9, goes into the path 5, and flows into the mouthpiece at a controlled position. Molten resin deteriorated or suspected of thermal deterioration in the tube 1 can thus be exactly collected only by as much as the recovery portion of the discharged sheet product.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit to eliminate temperature difference between both side members and keep them in the same temperature by a method wherein a heater, extending in the longitudinal direction of the mouthpiece, is provided near the outlet port of molten resin of a slit clearance in a member provided with a regulating means. CONSTITUTION:The plate-like heater 39, extending along the whole length of the lip member 33 in the longitudinal direction thereof, is attached to a part near the outlet port of molten resin of slit clearance 35 of the lip member 33 provided with the regulating means 38, or the lower surface side of the lip member 33. A drip plate 41, for preventing dropping of resin through the part of the regulating bolt 38, it attached to the lower surface side of the heater 39 through an insulating member 40. Temperature difference between the lip member 32 and the lip member 33 is eliminated by setting the voltage of the heater 39 properly. On the other hand, the heater 39 is extended in the longitudinal direction of the mouthpiece 30, therefore, the lip member 33 may be heated uniformly in the longitudinal direction of the cap 30.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a stable yarn package even at high-speed winding by restricting a groove diagram within a specified range. CONSTITUTION:A groove line comprises a linear portion 1, return portion 2, shoulder portion 3, turning portion 4, and a linear portion 1' in order. A traverse vibration is slid along the groove line, to traverse a yarn. Where the angle between the portion 1 and the rotational direction of a rotary body is theta1 and the angle between the portion 3 (taken as a line) and the rotational direction is theta2, the angle theta1 is set between 15 deg. and 25 deg., and the angle ratio theta1/theta2 between 0.6 and 0.8. The radius of curvature R1 of the portion 2 is set between 20mm and 40mm, and that R2 of the portion 4 between 30mm and 60mm. Where the crossing of the extensions of the portions 3 and 1' is P and the distance between the crossing P and the peak of the portion 2 measured along the axis of the rotary body is l, the distance l is set below 30mm, so that the yarn can be wound stably even at a high winding speed, e.g., 3000m/min.
