PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a coated floor material excellent in flowability during construction and excellent in strength, and a coated floor obtained by the method.SOLUTION: An inventive method for constructing a coated floor material comprises: a first step of adding a second component containing a cement component to a first component containing a polymer component and water to obtain a polymer cement mortar composition; and a second step of coating the polymer cement mortar composition to a ground layer. The first step includes a substep of adding water containing air bubbles of 3 μm or less. Moreover, the amount of the water containing the air bubbles can be 3-30 parts by mass to 100 parts by mass of the water contained in the first component.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, relating to a demolition method for a high-rise building/skyscraper building, it takes time to cutting columns and the work period of demolition is extended in a conventional demolition method.SOLUTION: A demolition work for demolishing a building from an upper story toward a lower story sequentially comprises: a demolition step of carrying out demolition work of a story to be demolished; a preceding cutting step of cutting columns within a range allowed by the bearing force of columns among the columns in a lower story under the story to be demolished, in parallel with the demolition step; and a temporary support installation step of installing temporary supports around the cut columns. A high-rise building/skyscraper building is demolished by repeating the demolition step in the story to be demolished, the preceding cutting step, and the temporary support installation step toward the lower story of the building in accordance with the progress of the demolition work.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall damage prevention jig for a scaffold for preventing an exterior wall of a building from being damaged in the case of disassembly by final removal implemented by suspending one scaffold unit with a crane.SOLUTION: An exterior wall damage prevention jig 11 for a scaffold is used in the case of disassembly by final removal in which an external scaffold installed along an exterior wall of a building is separated while being blocked into one scaffold unit including a plurality of building frames and the scaffold unit is suspended by a crane. A plurality of exterior wall damage prevention jigs 11 are mounted to the building frames of the scaffold unit facing the exterior wall of the building while being spaced apart from each other. The exterior wall damage prevention jig 11 comprises; an L-shaped bracket member 12 formed from a mount part 15 which is mounted to the building frame, and an arm part 13 extending from a distal end of the mount part 15; and a sphere hold member 14 provided in a distal end of the arm part 13 and holding a spherical elastic body 24 in a freely removable manner. A clamp 18 is provided in an upper portion of the mount part 15, and a forked receiving part 17 is formed in a lower portion of the mount part 15.
