Abstract:
본 발명은 고차폐 발포성 광학필름, 그의 제조방법 및 그를 구비한 LCD TV용 백라이트 유닛에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 발포성 광학필름은 플라스틱 기재필름의 단면 또는 양면에 기포층이 형성되며, 상기 기포층이 단층 또는 복층 구조로 이루진 것으로서, 본 발명의 발포성 광학필름의 제조방법에 따라, 기포층 형성시 발포온도 및 발포시간을 최적화하여 형성되는 평균 기포크기를 제어하고, 단층 또는 복층 구조 형성에 따라 발포성 광학필름의 원하는 차폐력을 달리하여 제공할 수 있다. 나아가, 본 발명의 발포성 광학필름은 우수한 휘도를 구현할 뿐 아니라, 차폐력이 우수하고 휘선문제를 해소함으로써, 3∼5 인치의 소형 LCD 또는 30인치 이상의 대형 LCD TV의 직하형 및 엣지형 백라이트 유닛에 유용하다.

본 발명은 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 플라스틱병, 유리병 등 각종 용기에 슬리브형태로 라벨링하는 수축공정에서 수축에 의한 주름, 수축반, 일그러짐, 라벨 접힘 현상 등의 불균일 수축을 개선함으로써 수축마무리성이 우수한 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름은 주수축방향과 직교방향(Machine Direction)에서의 고온영역인 100℃ 온수에서의 수축율에 대한 저온영역인 70℃ 온수에서의 수축율의 비인 다음 수학식 1로 정의되는 수축율비로서, (수학식 1)

PURPOSE: A heat-shrinkage polyester film is provided to have excellent shrinkage properties by preventing the generation of shrinking wrinkles, distortion, and label folding in a contraction process labeling various bottles such as a plastic bottle and glass label. CONSTITUTION: A heat-shrinkage polyester film has a shrinkage ratio of (-0.5)-1.0. The shrinkage ratio is the ratio of a shrinkage ratio of 70 deg. C warm water to 100 deg. C warm water in a machine direction and is defined by formula 1: the shrinkage ratio in 70 deg. C warm water/the shrinkage ratio in 100deg. C warm water. A heat shrinkage ratio in the machine direction is 5.0 % or less at 70-90deg. C. The heat shrinkage ratio in the machine direction is 40% or more(90 deg. C warm water, 10 seconds).

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to prevent the deformation and surface staining of a flexible circuit board by effectively controlling initial adhesion and adhesion after hot compression. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition contains: 6-15 parts by weight of a mixture of toluenediisocyanate-based and hexamethylenediisocyanate curing agents; and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a plasticizer with an ester value of 100 or more based on 100.0 parts by weight of an acrylic resin with a hydroxy group. The ratio of the toluenediisocyanate and hexamethylenediisocyanate in the isocyanate-based curing agent of the curing agent mixture is 1:0.5-1:6. A flexible circuit board protection film consists of an adhesive layer spread on one side or both sides, and the adhesive layer is formed of the adhesive composition.

PURPOSE: A high brightness reflective film, a light source assembly and a liquid crystal display device using the same for a light guide plate are provided to improve its luminance by preventing being pushed or by having anti-scratch function while maximizing reflective efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A high brightness reflective film(10) for a light guide plate includes a base film(11) and a light diffusion layer(15). The light diffusion layer is formed on one face of the base film, and is formed by coating binder resins(12), light diffusion particles(13) and inorganic pigment particles(14).

CONSTITUTION: An elastic non-woven fabric with excellent shrinkage and soft texture comprises: a sheath part of a fiber containing polypropylene homopolymer with 25-35g/10min of melting index and 0.850-0.950g/cc of density and propylene-based base block copolymer(X) with 20-35g/10min of melting index and 0.830-0.890 g/cc of density; a core part of the fiber containing styrene-based elastomer polymers with 30-70 g/10min of melting index and 0.860-0.950 g/cm^3 of density.
