PURPOSE: A high shielding foaming optical film, a manufacturing method thereof and a backlight unit for an LCD TV with the film are provided to implement an excellent brightness and have an excellent shielding power. CONSTITUTION: A coating liquid is prepared. A coating liquid is formed with 25 to 30 weight% of an acrylic binder resin, 2.5 to 3 weight% of an isocyanate hardening agent resin, 15 to 17 weight % of a chemical foaming agent, and 50 to 57.5 weight% of an organic solvent. The coating liquid is coated on one side or both sides of a plastic substrate film(1) surface. Among the coating liquid, the chemical foaming agent is heat-treated to be foamed and a bubble layer(2) is formed.

PURPOSE: A light diffusion film and a backlight unit including the same are provided to improve brightness by enhancing condensing efficiency and regularity of a surface structure of a diffusion layer. CONSTITUTION: A light diffusion film(100) comprises a base film(130), a first diffusion layer(110), and a second diffusion layer(120). The first diffusion layer is laminated in one side of the base film and fixes a first optical diffusion particle(111) in first binder region(112). The second diffusion layer is laminated on the top of the first diffusion layer and fixes a second optical diffusion particle(121) in second binder region(122). A refractive index and average particle diameter of the second optical diffusion particle and the first optical diffusion particle are different.

PURPOSE: A foaming resin film for light diffusion is provided to have the shielding security and the brightness improvement effect by controlling the density of porosity layer on the surface of the foamed sheet and forming the inner void or size to a desired size. CONSTITUTION: A foaming resin film for light diffusion (10) is formed with a foam layer (13) inside a thermoplastic polymer resin film (11). The foam layer is formed on both sides along the surface of the film. The depth of the foam layer is 40% or less of the total thickness of film from the surface. Bubbles (12) forming the foam layer has 50-130 micron of an average diameter. The brightness degradation rate of the film is 5% or less in comparison with a sheet with the same thickness and no foam layers. A light diffusing film comprises the foaming resin film for light diffusion and a light diffusing coating layer laminated on the film.

The present invention provides a transparent doner film for laser-induced thermal imaging, comprising a substrate film, a photothermal conversion layer, and an interlayer. The photothermal conversion layer is a single coating layer, and includes a light absorbent. In the transparent doner film, a maximum absorption wavelength of the light absorbent is 780-1500 nm and a visible light transmittance of the entire film is 50% or higher.

본 발명에서는 기재필름; 상기 기재필름의 일면에 적층되고, 제1광확산 입자가 바인더 수지에 고정된 제1확산층; 및 상기 제1확산층의 상부에 적층되고, 상기 제1광확산 입자와는 굴절률 및 평균입경이 상이한 제2광확산 입자가 바인더 수지에 고정된 제2확산층을 포함하는 광확산 필름 및이를 포함하는 LCD용 백라이트 유닛을 제공한다. 본 발명의 광확산 필름은 광확산 입자와 바인더 수지의 굴절률을 달리하는 광확산층을 적층함으로써, 확산층 표면 구조의 균일성과 집광효율을 높여 LCD용 광확산 필름의 휘도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
