CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and one or more layer of organic layers between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic layer comprises one or more organic luminescent compounds and one or more phosphorescent dopants.
