The organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and one or more organic material layers inserted between the first and second electrodes. An organic material layer comprises one or more phosphorescence dopants. The organic material layer additionally comprises one or more organic electroluminescence layers emitting blue, red, or green light.
