PURPOSE: A wireless power charge method and a device thereof are provided to reduce the waste of power during a charge process, thereby supplying required amount of power. CONSTITUTION: By periodically transmitting detection power for detecting a power receiving device, a metal object is detected (501). If the metal object is detected, driving power for driving the power receiving device is transmitted (505). A specific power receiving device activated by the driving power is registered as a charge target device (507,509). After determining the size of charge power, the charge power corresponding to the power receiving device is transmitted (515). After receiving a report message about a charge situation, the amount of remained charge power is confirmed whenever the message is received, and the size of the charge power is adjusted before being transmitted (517, 519, 521). PURPOSE: A wireless charging device and method for authenticating a charge target terminal are provided to accurately determine whether a charge target is positioned in a power supply region of the wireless charging device. CONSTITUTION: A wireless charging device generates a validity verification message containing time information for verifying the validity of a mobile terminal when receiving a search message from the mobile terminal (510). If a response to the validity verification message is received, the wireless charging device determines whether predetermined switch matching time is expired (525). If the switch matching time is expired, the wireless charging device determines whether the mobile terminal has operated according to the time information (545). CONSTITUTION: A control method of a wireless power transmitter includes the following steps: a step of determining a search channel used in communication with a wireless power receiver; a step of detecting at least one of the energy level and RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication) value of a signal from the search channel; and a step of avoiding a collision with a heterogeneous communication channel, and determining whether or not the search channel is determined to be a communication channel based on a detected result. The transmission of wireless power is requested through a wireless communication module. An SID(short ID) and a time slot corresponding to the receiver is allocated. The SID and the time slot are transmitted to the receiver through the wireless communication module. Demand power is requested from the receiver through the wireless communication module. PURPOSE: A transmitter and receiver in a wireless power transmission system and a wireless power transceiving method are provided to have high resonance characteristics by including a controller controlling a power conversion unit. CONSTITUTION: A Tx power conversion unit(13) converts a DC voltage into a first AC voltage. The Tx power conversion unit amplifies the converted first AC voltage into a second AC voltage. A Tx matching circuit(12) matches impedance for a receiver. The receiver receives the second AC voltage. A Tx resonator(11) resonates the second AC voltage to a resonance wave. A Tx controller(15) determines an amplification rate of the first AC voltage. The Tx controller controls the Tx power conversion unit.

PURPOSE: A bending senor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a bending sensing structure within a thickness range of a flexible display element by forming electrode patterns and paste layer on a flexible substrate, thereby easily enabling to reduce the thickness of the flexible display device. CONSTITUTION: A bending senor comprises a flexible substrate(11), a pair of electrode patterns(13), and a paste layer(15). The pair of electrode patterns is provided on the flexible substrate by being spaced from each other. The paste layer includes conductive particles and is spread on the flexible substrate where the electrode patterns are formed. Electric resistance between the electrode patterns is varied when the flexible substrate is bent because the density of the conductive particles between the electrode patterns is varied.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor chip package is provided to increase mounting space utilization rate of a semiconductor chip package and to enhance performance by rearranging wanted active devices. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of passive devices(P) and a semiconductor chip(A) are arranged in a vacant space near the semiconductor chip on a prepared film(30), and gets molded. After the film is eliminated, an adhesive layer is formed on the eliminate region and a conductive layer is attached on the adhesive layer. The conductive layer is etched and a conductive circuit pattern is formed. A plurality of conductive pads electrically connecting the conductive circuit pattern to the semiconductor chip and a passive device is provided.
