Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for generating a communications group of a terminal and the terminal supporting the same. To make the terminal (100) generate the communications group with another terminal, the method includes the steps of: receiving an input for starting the generation of the communication group in a communications group generating mode of the terminal; firstly searching a terminal which participates in the communications group corresponding to the received input; determining whether there is an owner terminal of the communications group according to a preset priority among the terminals which participate in the communications group if the terminal which participate in the communications group is searched; if there is the owner terminal of the communications group according to the determination result, receiving an invitation message from the owner terminal of the communications group; and accessing the owner terminal of the communications group by receiving the invitation message.

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for connecting NFC in a terminal, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for connecting NFC in a terminal, capable of providing information of other external devices which are connectable and are selected by a user after the terminal is connected to a specific external device through the NFC. For this, the method for connecting the NFC in the terminal includes the steps of: connecting the external device through an NFC unit; and providing the information of at least one different external device which is connectable after the external device is connected.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method thereof for reducing the power consumption in the portable terminal is provided to transmit digital broadcasting data through an AD or a network. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receiving the digital broadcasting signal transmits the digital broadcasting signal to the peripheral terminals. A controller(100) buffers and transmits data received during the constant time to enter into a sleep mode. A beacon generating unit(102) enters into the sleep mode. A beacon generating unit creates an adaptive beacon cycle to solve the power consumption caused according to the wake-up in an ATIM window. As soon as the buffered data is transmitted, the beacon generating unit establishes the adaptive beacon cycle.
