    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a monolithic ink jet printer head is provided to simplify a manufacturing process of the monolithic ink jet printer head by integrally forming components, such as a nozzle and an ink path, with a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A heating element(112) is formed in order to generate bubbles on a predetermined surface of a substrate(110) by heating ink. A negative photoresist(120) is coated on the substrate(110) formed with the heating element(112) by a predetermined thickness. Then, a first exposure process is carried out by using a first photo mask, in which a part forming a sidewall of a fluid path forming wall(120a) is over-exposed so that the part is cured. Then, a second exposure process is carried out by using a second photo mask(132) through exposing a part forming an upper wall of the fluid path forming wall(120a). Then, a remaining part of the negative photoresist(120) is removed by using solvent.

CONSTITUTION: A bubble jet type ink jet print head includes a base plate(110), a barrier(120), and a nozzle plate(130), which are sequentially stacked. The barrier(120) defines an ink chamber(122) for filling ink therein and an ink passage for feeding ink from an ink reservoir to the ink chamber(122). The barrier(120) forms a sidewall surrounding the ink chamber(122) and the ink passage. The base plate(110) is formed by depositing various layers on a substrate. A bottom surface(124) of the ink chamber(122) is formed with a concave section. A plurality of nozzles(132) is formed in the nozzle plate(130).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An inclined paper feeding type ink jet printer is provided to improve printing quality and to prevent a nozzle from being deteriorated by feeding a printing medium in a direction, which is inclined with respect to an outline of the printing medium. CONSTITUTION: A line head(100) of an ink jet printer has a plurality of nozzles(1a-1h). The nozzles(1a-1h) are aligned in series. Alternately, the nozzles(1a-1h) are aligned in a row with crossing each other so as to form a nozzle gap required for printing a printing medium. The line head(100) is fixed to a body of the ink jet printer. The line head(100) sprays ink to a dot line or pixels(102) through a heating device and nozzles(1a-1h) when the printing medium(101) is moved through a feeding direction of the printing medium(101). An angle of the printing medium(101) with respect to the feeding direction thereof is in a range of 0 to 45 degrees.
