A probe needle capable of detecting an oxidized layer on a metal plate is provided to easily and accurately provide a worker with information about the oxidized layer on the metal. A probe needle capable of detecting an oxidized layer on a metal plate includes a body(102), a needle(104), and a coating layer(106). The body is a stick made of a hard material such as stainless steel. The needle is elongated from the body and comes into contact with the oxidized layer on the metal plate for measuring resistance of the oxidized layer. The coating layer is coated on the needle and is made of soft conductive material for preventing damage to the oxidized layer.

Provided are a hard coating composition which is antibacterial, is excellent in contamination resistance and antistatic property and is improved in surface resistance, transparence, hardness and scratch resistance, a method for coating a plastic substrate by using the composition, and a hard coating transparent sheet prepared by the method. The hard coating composition comprises 1-10 wt% of a silver nanoparticle sol; 0.01-2.0 wt% of a conductive filler; 10-50 wt% of a radiation curing resin; 1-5 wt% of a photopolymerization initiator; and the balance of an organic solvent. Preferably the silver nanoparticle sol has an average diameter of 1-10 nm and comprises a silver nanoparticle coated with a silicone-based compound; the conductive filler is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyaniline, polypyrrole and polythiophene; and the radiation curing resin comprises at least one selected from mono- to trifunctional acrylic monomer.

A plastic sheet having an antifouling hard coat layer, a hard coat composition, and a plastic sheet coating method using the same are provided to secure good antifouling property and continuity of the antifouling property by adding the proper amount of perfluoro acryl compounds to the hard coat composition. In the plastic sheet having an antifouling hard coat layer, the hard coat layer contains acryl compounds and perfluoro acryl compounds at the rate of 8:1 or 1:8. The plastic sheet is made of polycarbonate, polymethamethyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, or a copolymer thereof. The acryl compound is at least one selected from a group composed of compounds of functional groups 1 and 2 and compounds of a polyfunctional group.

Disclosed herein is an electroconducdve paint composition for electromagnetic wave shielding, which can effectively solve the problems of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) caused by electromagnetic waves generated from the internal elements of various electronic devices. The composition contains a silver-coated copper powder having fine particle size, so that it can greatly improve the durability of an electroconductive film prepared therefrom. The electroconductive paint composition comprises an aqueous polyurethane dispersion, a metal powder, a solvent and a rheology control agent, in which the metal powder is either a silver-coated copper powder having an average particle size of 2-20 &mgr;m or a mixture of the silver-coated powder and a silver powder having an average particle size of 2-10 &mgr;m, and the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is a mixture of at least two kinds of aqueous polyurethane dispersions.

PURPOSE: A conductive paint is provided, which has an excellent electrical properties, can be prepared in a short time and is used to screen the electromagnetic wave in the range of several MHz to several GHz. CONSTITUTION: The conductive paint comprises 0.2-60 parts by weight of a water-soluble urethane dispersion; 10-60 wt% of metal powder; and 10-60 wt% of an alcohol. Preferably the metal powder is silver powder or copper powder coated with silver. The silver powder is a flake-type powder with an average size of 1-10 micrometers (D50), and the copper powder coated with silver is a flake-type powder with an average size of 5-50 micrometers (D50). Preferably the silver power is a mixture of the silver powder with an average size of 1-5 micrometers (D50) and the silver powder with an average size of 4-10 micrometers (D50) in the ratio of 99.9:0.1 to 20:80 by weight.

PURPOSE: A transparent conductive hard coating film is applied to computers, television Braun tube glass surface, clean room's wall, hand carrier surface, CPP and PET film and PC and PMMA panel surface, portable telephone housing and PVC resin with good conductivity and transparency. CONSTITUTION: The hard coating film comprises a laminated coating of a polythiopene-based solution and a silica sol solution on a substrate. The polythiopene-based solution is prepared by mixing at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of alcohol, aldehydes and ketones with an aqueous or alcohol soluble polymer in an amide solvent. The silica sol solution is prepared by hydrolyzing and condensing silane compounds having three and four functional groups with an organic coupling agent. The substrate is selected from the group consisting of glass, polymethamethylacryl resin, polyacryl resin, polycarbonate resin, PET resin and PVC resin. The polyethylenedioxythiopene is doped with polystyrene sulfonate. The solvent is at least one selected from the group consisting of lower alcohol having one to four carbon atoms such as methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol or acetaldehyde represented by the formula 1, and ketones such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone or methyl isobutyl ketone.
