Abstract: PURPOSE: A power supply device and a current collecting device for an electric vehicle are provided to form a power supply device of a Z shape and broaden an interval of gaps. CONSTITUTION: A Z shaped power supply device includes an ultra thin U-shaped core(311) and a dual rail power supply line(313,314). N polarity and S polarity of a magnet line are alternatively generated on each magnetic pole(312) of the power supply core. The power supply line is formed on the power supply core. The end part of the magnetic pole of the power supply core is completely buried in a road. The power supply device broadens an interval of a gap by a Z shaped structure. An interval between a road(320) and a current collecting device(315) of a vehicle increases by increasing an interval between magnetic poles.

본 발명에 따르면, 전압 증폭 구조를 이용하여 높은 생분자 검출 감도를 높여 정확한 검출 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 또한, 생분자 검출에 있어서 병렬 처리가 가능하여 검출 속도가 향상되고 이에 따라 생분자 분석에 따르는 비용 및 시간 절감에 유리하다.

Abstract: An output buffer and a power amplifier including the same are provided to obtain swing range of wide output voltage by maintain low output impedance in a high frequency band. A push-pull circuit unit(10) comprises transistors connected between power supply voltage of the high level and power supply voltage of the low level in the form of a push-pull. An output unit(32) comprises common sources connected between the power supply voltage of the high level and the power supply voltage of the low level. An output bias unit(51) biases the output unit. According to signals from the push-pull circuit unit, a driving unit(22) operates the output unit. Abstract: A data driving circuit and an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device including the same are provided to enhance image quality by compensating for the lightness decrease of lights due to the deterioration of the OLED device. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device includes a reference pixel controller(11), a data driver(20), and a display panel(30). The reference pixel controller includes a beam detecting unit(111) and a reference current controller(112). The beam detecting unit detects luminescence intensity of a reference pixel and outputs a first control signal according to the luminescence intensity. Abstract: A DC/DC step-up converter and a control method thereof are provided to avoid an inflow current of an inductor while maintaining a soft start to increase an output voltage from zero.
