Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-brightness LED signal generation device using a reflector capable of minimizing heat generation and dazzling due to the direct light from a high-brightness LED by placing a heat discharging plate of the high-brightness LED on the outer circumferential surface of the signal generation device, placing the light emitting plane at the center of the signal generation device, and directing the light to the outside using the reflector. The high-brightness LED signal generation device using a reflector given in the present invention includes: a reflector (130) which has a reflection plane of a concave lens shape; a plurality of high-brightness LEDs (120) of which the light emitting planes are formed in multiple layers in one direction opposite to the reflection plane of the reflector (130); PCB layers (110) which are arranged in multiple layers and are connected to a pair of pin terminals (121) placed at the opposite side to the light emitting planes of the high-brightness LEDs (120) in order to supply power to the high-brightness LEDs (120); a transparent case (150) which is placed inside the reflector (130), to the outer circumferential surface of which the high-brightness LEDs (120) connected to the PCB layers (110) are fixed, and through which each pin terminal (121) is exposed to the outside; and a main body (200) on which the bottom surface of the reflector (130) is supported, on which the bottom outer circumferential surface of the transparent case (150) is supported, and which supplies power to the high-brightness LEDs (120) through the PCB layers (110).
