CONSTITUTION: A battery pack assembly(100) for an electric vehicle has a tray(10) having an empty space in which a battery for the electric vehicle is received; an exhaust duct(20) installed on a side of the tray; and a cooling fan(30) installed on the side of the tray, to induce the flowing of air flowing inside the tray. Plural through-holes(11) are formed on the sides of the lower parts of the tray. The cooling air in the tray is exhausted through the exhaust duct. The cooling fan is interposed in the exhaust duct.

CONSTITUTION: A gap between an air guide and a blower is narrower at spots far from the blower, thereby making the speed of air fluid faster, and in same condition and constant quantity of fluid, the rate of flow is faster if the gap is narrower. Thus, the quantity of contacting fluid is increased to reduce a temperature deviance between gaps by increasing cooling efficiency. Therefore, the cooling efficiency of a battery for electric vehicle is not improved by the partial differences of cool air, but a uniform voltage and a long life are secured by minimizing the temperature deviance among batteries.
