Abstract: 본 발명은 전동식 파워스티어링 시스템의 전자제어유니트 장착구조에 관한 것으로, 엔진룸내에 설치되는 퓨즈박스(10)의 본체커버(13) 윗면에는 상방으로 돌출되는 장착좌면(13a)이 서로 이격되어 형성되고, 상기 장착좌면(13a)상에는 전자제어유니트(40)의 플랜지(41)가 볼트(23)를 매개로 체결되어, 상기 전자제어유니트(40)가 본체커버(13)상에 안착되도록 조립되어져, 튜닝 작업성과 수밀성 및 통풍성이 충분히 확보됨과 더불어 와이어링 노이즈 감소를 위한 거리 제약 요건도 만족되는 위치에 파워스티어링 시스템의 전자제어유니트(40)를 장착할 수 있도록 된 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A double sealing structure of a maintenance hole in a fuel tank is provided to improve the waterproof property, to prevent the corrosion and to improve the assembling property by increasing the combining force and the sticking force of the maintenance hole. CONSTITUTION: Many combining holes(60) are formed around a maintenance hole(50) in the center of a rear floor panel(10). Fixing nipples are inserted in the combining hole. A rubber pad is inserted in a space to be separated between a plug and the rear floor panel. Thereby, the sealing property is secured. Therefore the watertight property and the comfort property are improved.

Abstract: 본 고안은 주유시 가능한 한 차체에 기름이 묻지 않도록 하여 연료 주입구 주변을 청결히 하고 도장 변색을 방지를 할 수 있는 연료 커버를 제공하고자 하는 것으로,이를 달성하기 위하여 통상의 연료주입구(6)에 매달아 사용하는 연료커버 (1)의 전면부에 유로를 형성되는 가이드턱(3)(3') 및 일측부에 포개 접어지는 파지부(2)가 일체로 성형되고 그 배면 하부에는 괴임고무(4)가 부착되고, 그 상부에 줄(5)이 연결되어 있다.
상기한 구성에 의하면 주유시 주유원이 연료도어(7)를 완전히 열고 연료주입구(6)에 줄(5)로 매달려 있는 연료커버(1)의 파지부(2)를 잡고 밖으로 꺼내어 괴임고무(4)가 차체(6) 측면부에 접하도록 바르게 위치시켜 놓은 후 주유시 떨어지는 기름이 연료커버(1)의 가이드턱(3)(3')에 의하여 형성된 유로를 타고 흘러 내려 차체(6)에 묻지 않는다. 주유가 다 끝나면 주유원은 연료커버(1)내의 파지부(2)를 잡고 위로 들어 올리면서 연료도어(7) 내측에 위치시키고 난 다음 연료도어(7)를 닫으면 된다.
따라서, 본 고안에 의하면 주유시 차체에 기름이 묻지 않아 주변을 청결히 할 수 있음은 물론 도장변색을 방지할 수 있는 사용이 편리한 유용한 고안이다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: Mounting structure of a sub frame supporting part for a vehicle is provided to improve performance of a suspension and steering stability by reinforcing the rigidity of the sub frame supporting part, and by distributing load and impact by assembling sub frame mounting parts integrally. CONSTITUTION: A sub frame supporting part(50) is installed in a dash panel(60) of a vehicle, and a first member assembly(70) is mounted in the upper part of the dash panel by welding. A second member assembly(72) is mounted in the upper part of the first member assembly by welding. A reinforce assembly(74) is installed in the rear part of the second member assembly by welding, and an auxiliary plate(80) is installed in the upper part of an assembling groove. A sub frame mounting part(76) is placed in the upper part of the auxiliary plate to install a sub frame mounting part(82). Both ends of the sub frame mounting part are welded in the second member assembly, and the center of a second sub frame mounting part(78) is contacted to the upper part of the first sub frame mounting part. The dash panel, first and second member assemblies, the auxiliary plate and first and second sub frame mounting parts are integrally combined in placing the second sub frame mounting part in the second member assembly. Steering stability is improved with reinforcing the structure and distributing load.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A throttle body for a vehicle is provided to properly control acceleration by adjusting intake air amount according to low/medium/high speed. CONSTITUTION: On the each side of a throttle body(10), a first duct(30) is connected to a first air cleaner(20) and a second duct(60) is connected to a second air cleaner(50). A first valve and a second valve are installed within the first duct and the second duct respectively. A winding wheel(80) is rotated by the driving of an actuator(90), and selectively opens/shuts the first valve or the second valve. The winding wheel opens/shuts only the first valve in a low/medium speed section, and opens/shuts the first valve and the second valve in a medium/high speed section.
